The Election Committee, comprising Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif, Mr. Javaid Altaf Advocate and Dr. M. Akram Kashmiri will conduct the election of the Old Ravians Union for session 2008-2010 on22-06-2008at the Campus.

The polling will be preceded by a meeting of the General Body to be held at 10:00 AM in the Bokhari Auditorium.

Agenda is as follows:

1) Approval of Audit Report 2006-2008.

2) Appointment of Auditors M/S Khalid Majeed Rahman Sarfaraz, Rahim Iqbal Rafiq for the session 2008-2010.

3) Approval of increase of one member of the Executive Committee representing decade 2001-2010.

4) Approval that in future biennial election of theUnionshould be held in November to facilitate participants.

5) Approval that membership should be closed at least three months before the date of filing of nomination papers for the Election of theUnion.

6) Approval that maximum of 5 application forms for the membership of theUnioncan be submitted at one time.

The Audit Report pertaining to accounts of the ORU for the session 2006-2008 is enclosed for your information.

You are requested to make it convenient to attend the General Body meeting.
